This bolt‑on acquisition follows their July acquisition of ICON Parking. Hudson Valley Parking Trust founder Jerry Skillett said the deal broadens a customer‑focused parking network, while The Broe Group’s chief investment officer Carl Peterson noted that the joint venture will continue assessing strategic acquisitions and organic growth opportunities.
